Terms of Service

1. What the service does

Narwon receives leads from connected sources (advertising forms, web forms), maps them according to rules you define, and delivers them to the CRM or service you nominate.

A lead that fails to deliver is stored and retried. That is the point of the service: a lead should not be lost.

2. Your account

Keeping your details accurate and your credentials safe is your responsibility. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

You may close your account at any time.

3. Your obligations

In using the service you confirm that:

• you have a lawful basis to collect lead data and transfer it into your CRM
• you comply with the terms of the third-party services you connect — including Meta’s Lead Ads terms
• you do not sell lead data or use it for a purpose other than the one originally disclosed
• you do not use the service to send spam or for unlawful activity

4. Third-party services

Narwon connects to services such as Meta, Google, Telegram, Bitrix24 and amoCRM. Their availability, limits and terms are outside our control.

If they change an API, restrict your account, or your token expires, delivery may stop. When that happens the system shows it and reports the reason.

5. Service status

The service is under active development. Some integrations are new and may not be fully validated against live accounts.

The service is provided “as is”. Uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. For business-critical processes we recommend keeping an independent backup.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Narwon is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses arising from the failure of third-party services.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Changes

When these terms change the date is updated and material changes are announced. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
